At Hyster, we know that every work environment and application requirement may differ. We have customers in a wide array of industries which inspire us to offer a really diverse array of materials handling product solutions. No matter what your business is or what the environmental conditions we have a product to suit your needs and get jobs done efficiently. We have built trusting relationships between production, marketing, and service teams so that we can assure you that all machines are built to the highest quality standards and that you would be given the continuous support you require when you have a Hyster machine on your work place.
From the preliminary concept and design to the production and sale of the equipment, each machinery that Hyster markets will go through a nine stage development process. Every stage of the development process has been created to guarantee product quality over the lifetime of the equipment. Hyster testing centers could simulate the life cycle of a forklift to make sure that the product lasts and that it performs as designed.
To start with, Hyster performs a great deal of research about client needs in order to be certain that we know what all our clients really want. This research is then applied to product design. Designs are built utilizing cutting edge computer aided design techniques which help to reduce the risk of weak points and ensure that positioning of all parts are optimal for both performance and servicing needs. Afterward, prototypes are built in cooperation with specialists and experts in compartment design and ergonomics. Every component and prototype is put through rigorous life cycle testing to find and correct any problems which could lessen the life of a machinery or a component to a less than optimal level. When a machinery comes out of the testing stage of development, we want to be sure that it would function to a high standard. Testing in real life settings is also performed so that we can gather more data on the equipment's performance and be confident that it will meet the standards required to get the task completed.
